Sophie’s painting party

Traditionally we just have family birthday parties, but this year I planned a small friend party for Sophie. She and I decided to have a painting party since she loves art. We painted with watercolors, painted nails, and finished up with face painting. My decor inspiration came from this ombré cake, this carnation garland from The Flower Recipe Book, and these watercolor cards. It’s too bad Sophie had a cold, but all in all I think it was a success.
